Our credibility in this industry is very important to us as is protecting the interests of the mandates we represent or deal directly with. Because we are legitimate we have procedures we have to follow. These procedures will vary depending on what Supplier or mandate we are using for a particular product. But one thing that will always remain the same is the fact that they will not issue an FCO prior to receiving an ICPO or an LOI with a soft probe authorization. If you cannot issue one of these documents please do not contact us.

All ICPOs or LOIs must be on end buyers letterhead with full contact information back to end buyer. All paperwork received without this information will be received as incomplete and no further action will be taken.
